The instructions outlined here are a guide for patients of No Specs and Harmony Vision Care.  These guidelines are not intended to replace the advice given to you directly by your eyecare practitioner. Personal instruction by your eyecare practitioner is recommended.  Anyone using these guidelines outside the managed care of No Specs and Harmony Vision Care does so at their own risk.  You should not attempt to wear contact lenses of any kind including Orthokeratology (Ortho K) lenses, without having them professionally fitted and assessed for your individual suitability and safety.  Failure to heed this advice may result in complications with your vision.
